1. What this service is

This service is operated by NeatLaunch Ltd.

Last Man Standing Planner is a platform that helps users run and participate in private Last Man Standing games.

We provide tools to manage games.

We do not run the games themselves.

The organiser is responsible for running their game and for any arrangements between players.

2. Who can use the service

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • provide accurate information
  • use the service lawfully

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login details secure
  • all activity on your account

We may suspend or remove accounts if there is misuse.

4. Games and rules

Each game is created by an organiser.

  • the organiser sets up the game
  • players join using an invite
  • the platform enforces the rules automatically

System decisions, including eliminations and outcomes, are based on the configured rules and recorded data.

5. Payments and prize pools

Important:

  • we do not collect player entry fees
  • we do not hold prize money
  • we do not manage or distribute winnings

Any payments between players and organisers happen outside the platform.

The organiser is fully responsible for:

  • collecting entry fees
  • managing the prize pool
  • paying out winnings

Any disputes between players and organisers must be resolved between those parties.

We are not involved in disputes or payment enforcement.

Platform fee:

To activate a game, the organiser pays a one-time platform activation fee. This covers:

  • a one-time activation fee
  • processed securely via Stripe
  • no subscription
  • no hidden fees

Refunds:

Once a game has started, the platform fee is non-refundable.

Refund requests made before a game starts will be considered at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

6. Data and results

Game outcomes are based on:

  • recorded picks
  • fixture data from third-party sources

We do not guarantee that external data is always accurate or complete.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access
  • error-free operation

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • we are not responsible for disputes between users
  • we are not responsible for any financial losses related to games or prize pools

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • terms are breached
  • misuse is detected

You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to the service

We may update or change the service at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
